The Toolkit is a set of personalized digital files delivered to you electronically and created to provide convenient "tools" for your team to stay in touch and share capabilities with customers and prospects. You can learn more about Toolkits on our How it Works page, or just call or email, and we'd be happy to address your questions.
Toolkits are sold in packages (aka sets) of 12. The package of 12 Toolkits allows you to easily and predictably engage each month with your valued customers and prospects. However, you may choose to do a weekly email campaign for 12 weeks...it's all up to you and what works best for your team! Our Toolkit Library showcases the current selection of over 30 topics focused on popular products offered by sign companies, and you can select a package of 12 that best fits your target audience.
Yes, the Toolkit Library reflects the final content you will receive, with the exception of any free or optional customization. The images we provide are not brand-affiliated and we hold the copyright to them, but if you choose to have us customize your Toolkit with your own images you are responsible for seeking approval from your customers to use and share their photographs.
Contact us via email, phone or our website contact page and we'll answer your questions, gather some information, and send you pricing and turnaround confirmation in a follow-up email. When you are ready to proceed, we will send an invoice by email for you to pay securely online. Upon receiving your logo and contact details for the Toolkits, our team will begin customizing them for you.
Turnaround varies depending upon how much customization you are requesting. Average turnaround for our free customization is 7 - 10 working days for a package of 12 Toolkits. We try to accommodate special requests for expedited turnaround - please contact us to discuss your timeline.
We use Square, a secure online payment service which allows you to pay using most major credit cards or ACH bank payment. You will receive an invoice by email with a link to pay.
Your purchase gives you the right to use the images and files in your Toolkits in any way you choose for the express purpose of promoting your business. However, we retain the copyright, so you cannot sell, trade or share the content for direct financial benefit or any other use aside from promoting your individual business. You can access the complete Terms and Conditions HERE, and during the purchasing process we will request that you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Yes! Basic customization is included in the price of your Toolkit package. Basic customization includes your logo, contact information, and website. For an additional fee we can customize colors, add your project photos or provide special customization. See our How it Works page for details. Pricing varies for additional customization.
Email platforms vary in the way that they handle attachments and embedded images, so we cannot answer questions about how your particular platform will work. However, we provide the content in different formats to give you the flexibility to potentially use it as attachment, an embedded image, or to populate a template. If you are having difficulty, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
You have the right to use the Toolkit content expressly for the purpose of promoting your individual business. If your company/business has multiple locations, franchises or partners, separate Toolkit packages must be purchased for each location, otherwise it is violation of the Terms and Conditions.

You may cancel within 24 hours of receipt of your PDF proof for a full refund. In order to ensure your satisfaction, we provide an accurate representation of the Toolkit content in our LIBRARY, and we send you a proof of one of your selected Toolkits showing the customization (your logo, contact info and any optional customization you've requested) for your approval.
